Sodexo Purchases Frontline Food Services

Sodexo has agreed to acquire Frontline Food Services (d/b/a Accent Food Services).
The acquisition furthers Sodexo’s food offer structuring in the U.S. and expands the company’s geographical footprint further into the Mid-Atlantic area as well as Texas, Arizona, and Nevada. The purchase is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is anticipated to be finalized in the coming months.
