Sodexo Starts Search for New CEO

Sodexo announced that its board of directors has initiated a search for a new CEO.
Sodexo’s board has reached out to an executive recruitment firm to perform the search for a successor of Denis Machuel, who is set to leave the company September 30. Machuel has been with the company since 2007 and has served as CEO since 2018. Sophie Bellon, current chair of Sodexo’s board, will serve as interim CEO.
