Spartan Names New CFO

Spartan Chemical Co. Inc. has promoted Justin Black to chief financial officer (CFO).
Black joined Spartan as controller in 2004 after working as an external auditor for the company through Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young for seven years. He was named treasurer and elected to the company’s board of directors in 2014. In addition to his new duties as CFO, Black will continue to serve as secretary of Spartan’s board.
