Supply Solutions Acquires VBM

Supply Solutions has purchased Veteran Building Maintenance & Supply Inc. (VBM).

Founded by Jose Diaz in 2012, VBM is a Pomona, California-based distributor of janitorial supplies with a focus on stone floor care and restoration. With the acquisition, Supply Solutions is now the largest minority owned jansan distributor in California.

“We are extremely excited to have Jose and his team join the Supply Solutions family. We are building a platform to acquire more companies, and the operational and sales expertise that VBM brings will be an integral part of our plan. I am excited to share that Jose will stay on as our chief operating officer (COO),” said Jeffrey Lerma, Supply Solutions president and CEO.
