Tennant Adds Robotics Expert to UK Team

Tennant Co. has appointed Andrew Jones autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) deployment and service expert for the company’s United Kingdom division.
In his new role, Jones will help support Tennant’s clients by developing and overseeing the face-to-face and on-site customer demonstrations of the company’s robotic floor scrubbers. Jones will also assist with addressing the technical concerns current or potential customers might have about Tennant’s AMR line, Cleaning Hygiene Today reports.
“I have an industrial background and have always focused on delivering excellent customer service alongside innovation, so my role within Tennant is the perfect match because this position has a strong focus on continuous customer support, ongoing assessment, and reviewing of the AMR machines to ensure our customers are receiving maximum value and productivity,” said Jones.
