The Office City has agreed to merge with AAA Business Supplies & Interiors.
The deal calls for AAA and Office City to operate as separate entities. The new organization expands AAA’s presence on the West Coast, with a total of seven locations throughout Northern California. Bill Jones, Office City CEO, and Jerry Carroll, Office City chief financial officer, will also join AAA in key leadership positions.
