Three ISSA Members Among People’s Companies That Care

Three ISSA member companies have been named to People magazine’s Companies that Care® 2022.

The third-annual list, developed in collaboration with Great Place to Work®, was based on analysis of survey responses from more than 5 million U.S. workers. Among the 100 companies listed in this year’s index include ISSA members Dow Chemical Co., Hilton, and Hyatt Hotels Corp.

“Receiving this award for a third straight year is inspiring and humbling, as there is no better single measure of how we are treating our colleagues than direct feedback from them,” said Jim Fitterling, Dow chairman and CEO. “We can only be our best as a company when our people are at their absolute best.
