TVH Acquires Belgian Battery Distributor
July 13, 2021TVH has acquired Belgium-based battery distributor Battery Supplies.
The purchase also includes Battery Supplies’ subsidiaries in Meyzieu, France (Battery Supplies France) and Erftstadt, Germany (BATTEC Batterie Vertrieb), according to the European Cleaning Journal. Per the terms of the acquisition, Battery Supplies will operate independently from TVH based in its current location and will retain its management team.
