Universal Business Systems Merges With Distribution One
July 7, 2021Universal Business Systems Inc. (UBS) has agreed to a merger with software developer Distribution One.
Per the terms of the agreement, the two companies will operate together under the Distribution One brand name. Financial details of the merger were not announced.
