Veritiv Adds Aramark SVP to Board of Directors

Veritiv Corp. has added  Autumn R. Bayles to the company’s board of directors.

Bayles currently serves as senior vice president of global supply chain for Aramark. She also serves as a director on QNB Bank’s board and is an advisory board member for Double H. Plastics and Independence Blue Cross. In addition to joining Veritiv’s board, Bayles will serve on the company’s compensation and leadership development committee and its nominating and governance committee.

“Autumn is a trusted leader with significant experience in supply chain, operations, and technology,” said Stephen Macadam, Veritiv chairman of the board. “I am confident Autumn will be a strong addition to our Board with her knowledge and expertise in global trade, as well as her active community engagements.”
