Vertiv Purchases Vivabox Solutions

Veritiv Corp. has acquired Vivabox Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

According to a press release, the addition of Vivabox enhances Veritiv’s existing capabilities in kitting and design for complex projects. The purchase also provides Veritiv with additional strategic relationships with global suppliers and international sourcing and importing expertise.
