WorkWave to Acquire TEAM Software

WorkWave® announced it has signed an agreement to purchase TEAM Software Inc. The acquisition is expected to close at the end of September.

Combined, these two companies bring more than 100 years of experience partnering with leading service providers worldwide. The acquisition will allow WorkWave to offer a broad and complete set of solutions that empower service companies to grow their business, improve profitability, and beat their competition.
