ISSA members represent all businesses in the cleaning industry supply chain.
You purchase products from manufacturers (and/or wholesalers) and you sell them to commercial, industrial and/or institutional end users (such as building service contractors and in-house service providers). You have a warehouse and if you don’t have a product for an end user, you can/will get it.
You are contracted by commercial buildings, public venues, schools, hospitals and other facilities to provide full or partial cleaning and/or maintenance services.
You are employed by commercial buildings, public venues, schools, hospitals and other facilities to hire and manage staff for cleaning and/or maintenance services.
ISP Corporate Membership gives member benefits and access to all staff of a firm that provides cleaning services for themselves.
ISP Individual Membership gives member benefits and access to an individual who is a department head or manager responsible for in-house cleaning services.
You create a complete product to sell to customers. Or, you create components of a final product to sell to manufacturers so they can make a complete product.
You work for manufacturers, selling their products and services.
You offer services to other ISSA members. For example, you are a magazine publisher, you are a consultant, you conduct training or other education, you are a software company.
