Ecolab Details Quarterly Dividend

Ecolab, Inc. has announced a quarterly dividend on its common stock of US$0.41 per share.
The dividend is payable July 16 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 19. Ecolab has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 81 consecutive years.
