Urban Link LLC has been providing professional cleaning services for 5 years.Our featured portfolio

includes AIC Steppe Arena, a premier multi-purpose entertainment complex spanning 7,800m². The facility features:

A 2,800-seat capacity arena with a 60x30m ice rink.

Comprehensive infrastructure including 5 athlete locker rooms, referee and medical rooms, and technical/audio control rooms.

Versatile meeting spaces: a conference room (80-100 people) and the Arena Lounge (100-150 people).

A steady schedule of international conferences, cultural arts, and sporting events.

What specific measures do you or your team implement to ensure this space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and embodies the value of clean?

To uphold our core value of a “Clean Area” we implement the following measures:

  • Standardized Cleaning System: A comprehensive cleaning plan covering all areas with a fixed schedule.
  • Quality Control System: Utilization of checklists, surprise inspections, customer satisfaction surveys, and “Before & After” photo documentation.
  • Human Resource Development: Regular training on advanced cleaning techniques, technical standards, and professional communication etiquette.
  • Professional Equipment: We utilize world-leading German technology from the Karcher brand.
  • HSE Compliance: Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and chemical handling protocols.
  • ISO Certification: We are currently working toward the implementation of the ISO 9001 International Quality Management System.

What does having a spotless space mean to you and your team and how does it contribute to  the organization’s business outcomes?

  • A seamless service experience that does not disrupt the client’s core operations.

How does your facility promote sustainability and/or green cleaning? 

We use international-standard, environmentally friendly cleaning agents

Our primary choice is “Diversey Holdings Ltd” (USA), a leading manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene solutions. Their products are versatile and designed for all types of surfaces; however, the main reason for our selection is their dual-action formula that provides both deep cleaning and high-level disinfection and sterilization.

Equipment: We utilize energy-efficient technology and reusable cleaning tools.

  • We use professional-grade Karcher high-pressure washers that offer superior cleaning power with optimized water and energy consumption.
  • Supplier Criteria: We partner exclusively with socially responsible suppliers who provide ecologically sound products, aligning with our values of “Healthy, Sustainable, and Green Operations.”
