Describe your Spotless Space.
Our Spotless Space is Sentrax Global Academy (SGA), a professional training centre designed to support structured learning, skills development, and corporate training programmes.
Beyond providing comprehensive cleaning services, our role at SGA extends to ensuring overall comfort, functionality, and readiness of the facility through effective facility management support. A clean, well-maintained environment is essential to create a conducive learning atmosphere that allows trainers and participants to focus fully on training activities without disruption.
Our cleaning operations are supported by clear and structured procedures, including the implementation of colour-coded cleaning tools to prevent cross-contamination between different areas such as training rooms, washrooms, common areas, and pantry spaces. This systematic approach helps maintain hygiene standards appropriate for a training centre environment.
As SGA hosts frequent training sessions involving prolonged indoor occupancy, shared equipment and high human interaction, our cleaning approach prioritises such as indoor comfort and air quality, cleanliness of shared learning spaces and hygiene of frequently touched surfaces and equipment.
What specific measures do you or your team implement to ensure this space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and embodies the value of clean?
To maintain high cleanliness standards at Sentrax Global Academy, our team implements the following key measures:
Training & Competency of Staff:
All cleaning staff assigned to SGA receive proper training on standard operating procedures, hygiene practices, and safe cleaning methods suitable for a training centre environment. This ensures consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail in every task performed.
Digital Monitoring & Feedback System:
We utilise a QR-based digital system to track daily cleaning activities, monitor task completion, and collect feedback directly from the client. This system allows for real-time reporting, transparency, and immediate corrective action when required.
Routine Quality Checks:
Our management and supervisors will conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning outcomes meet agreed standards. These routines will help to identify improvement areas and ensure that training rooms, common spaces, and washrooms remain consistently clean and ready for use.
Ongoing Communication with Client:
We maintain open and continuous communication with SGA management to align cleaning schedules with training timetables, special sessions, or changes in usage patterns. This proactive coordination ensures cleaning activities support operational needs without disrupting training activities.
What does having a spotless space mean to you and your team and how does it contribute to the organization’s business outcomes?
For our team, a spotless space means creating an environment that supports learning comfort, professionalism, and trust. At Sentrax Global Academy, cleanliness directly impacts the training experience, as sessions may be conducted frequently and involve extended use of shared facilities.
Our cleaning frequency is adjusted based on the number and intensity of training sessions conducted. The higher the number of sessions, the more frequent and detailed the cleaning carried out to maintain comfort and hygiene for trainers and participants.
Cleaning at SGA goes beyond general facility upkeep. In addition to maintaining training rooms and common areas, we also ensure cleanliness of training-related equipment, such as table and chairs, presentation equipment surfaces and tools and materials used during training sessions.
These efforts contribute directly to positive business outcomes by enhancing client comfort and satisfaction, encouraging repeat bookings and long-term client relationships and strengthening SGA’s reputation as a reliable and well-managed training centre.

Give any examples of how you aim to create an inclusive and accessible experience in your facility for users and cleaners.
To promote an inclusive and supportive environment at Sentrax Global Academy (SGA), we propose the establishment of a dedicated Breastfeeding Facilities Room to support nursing mothers attending training sessions or working within the facility.
We recommend conducting a brief needs assessment by engaging SGA management and users to understand usage frequency, privacy requirements, and suitable location within the facility. This ensures the breastfeeding room is practical, accessible, and aligned with SGA’s training operations.
As cleanliness is critical in breastfeeding spaces, dedicated cleaning measures will be implemented a dedicated colour-coded cleaning tools and equipment will be assigned exclusively for the breastfeeding room to prevent cross-contamination with other facility areas. We also will enhance cleaning and disinfection schedule which is the room will be cleaned and disinfected more frequently, especially hightouch areas such as chairs, tables, door handles, light switches, and sink fixtures. Cleaning frequency can be adjusted based on daily training schedules and room usage. We will also maintain the used of our green cleaning products to ensure the safety of nursing mothers and infants while maintaining high hygiene standards.
We believe that by introducing a well-maintained breastfeeding facility supported by structured cleaning procedures, SGA demonstrates its commitment to health, hygiene and user well-being and professional facility management with ISSA cleanliness values. This initiative also will enhances user comfort, supports diverse training participants and reinforces SGA’s image as a modern and people-centred training environment.
