Q: What is my username to access the platform? 
A: Your new username will be emailed to you. Please follow the reset instructions to set your new password.

Q: Why is there a number in my username?
A: While email address is the username for most users in the ISSA platform, some users share one email, but each user needs unique access. A number is placed at the end of the username to make this unique. You may contact [email protected] with questions.

Q: I did not receive my password reset email. What do I do?
A: Please check your spam or quarantine folder. If you didn’t receive the email, reset your password again.

For new user creations, please contact [email protected].

Q: My course or course progress is missing in the ISSA Online Learning Center. What do I do? 
A: Please contact [email protected] with any details for assistance.

Q: I bought multiple copies of a course. How will they get assigned to my users?
A: Contact [email protected] with all assignment details and a staff member will assist you.

Q: I am not receiving member pricing in the store. What do I do?
A: Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Q: The price on the course within the ISSA Online Learning Center is different than what appears in the ISSA Store. What do I do?

Q: The purchase button is not available for the course I want to purchase.  What do I do?

Q: I am a Team Manager but do not have access to my team or their course progress. What do I do?
A: Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Q: Can I create an account for someone else? 
A: Yes, but the person will need an email because they will receive the password reset link. Create an account.
