- ACI Appoints Executives
February 16, 2012 — The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) recently appointed six executives.
Richard Sedlak was appointed executive vice president of technical and international affairs. Sedlak has been with ACI since 1977, most recently serving as senior vice president.
Additionally, Nancy Bock was named senior vice president of meetings and education. Helen Benz was promoted to chief financial officer. Wanda Stokes-Cartwright was appointed associate director of administration, while Evonne Jackson was appointed governance and legal affairs manager, and Edgar Chavez was named staff accountant and human resources coordinator.
ACI, formerly The Soap and Detergent Association, represents the U.S. cleaning products market. ACI members include the formulators of soaps, detergents, and general cleaning products used in household, commercial, industrial, and institutional settings; companies that supply ingredients and finished packaging for these products; and oleochemical producers.
