The second episode of the ISSA Impact highlights LCS Facility Group, a Poughkeepsie, New York-based, family owned and operated building service contractor with commercial clients throughout United States. Founded in 2021 by Joe Lepore, an Italian immigrant, LCS has blossomed from a local service provider to a national contractor in just two decades.
