ISS S/A, parent company of ISS Facility Services, has appointed Michael Vitfell-Rasmussen head of group investor relations, effective August 1.

Vitfell-Rasmussen has more than two decades of equity market and financial experience, working as an analyst covering a wide range of disciplines and industries. He joins ISS from Danske Bank where he spent the past two years as an equity analyst. Vitfell-Rasmussen succeeds Jacob Johansen, who is leaving ISS to pursue other opportunities.
