4M Acquires Alamo Building Maintenance

4M Building Solutions has acquired Alamo Building Maintenance for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase marks 4M’s eighth major acquisition in the past four years and its first in San Antonio, where the company has been operating since 2009. With the acquisition, 4M will increase its presence in the region to include more than 340 employees servicing over 75 facilities.
