Aramsco Acquires Retailers Supply

Aramsco has acquired Retailers Supply Co. Inc.

Aramsco’s purchase of the New Albany, Indiana-based distributor of cleaning and maintenance supplies expands its client portfolio and geographical presence in the Midwest. This marks Aramsco’s ninth acquisition in the janitorial supply market in the past three years. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
