Betco Finalizes Purchase of Novozymes Assets

Betco® Corp has successfully completed its certain wastewater business assets from Novozymes® A/S.
The transaction, announced in October 2022, represents Betco’s second acquisition in the bioaugmentation field. The company had previously purchased EnviroZyme®, which now operates as a fully owned subsidiary of Betco. The assets acquired from Novozymes will be integrated into EnviroZyme’s overall portfolio.
