Cintas Names Senior HR VP

Cintas Corp. has promoted Max Langenkamp to the newly created position of senior vice president of human resources, effective June 1.

Langenkamp joined Cintas in 2006 as part of the company’s legal team and in 2011 was promoted to senior director of human resources for its retail division. In 2014 he was elevated to vice president of human resources and was named chief diversity officer in 2019. Langenkamp will remain Cintas’ chief diversity officer in addition to performing the tasks in his new position.
