Crack the Code of Employee Disengagement in ISSA Hygieia Network’s Conference

ISSA Hygieia Network, an ISSA Charities™ signature program dedicated to the advancement and retention of women in the cleaning industry, invites cleaning industry professionals to attend its next Networking and Leadership Virtual Conference: If Not You, Who? How to Crack the Code of Employee Disengagement. The virtual event will take place on Wednesday, May 25, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. CT. ISSA members and non-members are welcome to register here.

The event will begin with a presentation from Jill Christensen, an employee engagement expert and best-selling author. She will uncover the flaws behind traditional methods to increase employee engagement and share tactics to re-engage employees for increased revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and more.

Following her presentation, Christensen will join Katie Snider,  Network Distribution^® chief human resources officer, and Marcela Sztainberg, Essendant senior vice president of human resources, for a panel discussion moderated by John Engel, Cintas Corp. director of marketing of facility services.
