Envoy Acquires Sunbelt Packaging

Envoy Solutions has purchased York, South Carolina-based Sunbelt Packaging.

Envoy’s acquisition of the specialty packaging material and equipment distributor expands its product offerings and the company’s presence in the southeastern United States. The deal includes Sunbelt’s four national distribution centers. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

“Sunbelt Packaging will help us excel in the packaging space and build on our growth in the Southeast,” said Mark M.
