Envoy Solutions Acquires ATRA
March 25, 2022Envoy Solutions has purchased ATRA Janitorial Supply Co. Inc.
The acquisition of the Pompton Plains, New Jersey-based distributor expands Envoy Solutions’ presence and product offerings in New Jersey and marks the company’s third purchase in the state this year. Financial details of the transaction, Envoy Solutions’ 11th acquisition since August 2021, were not disclosed.
