Imperial Dade Acquires Connecticut Distributor
June 6, 2022Imperial Dade has acquired The Russell Hall Co. for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1854, Russell Hall is a Meriden, Connecticut-based distributor of janitorial, health care, and food service products and equipment owned and operated by Bill and Michele Rosa. This marks the 51st acquisition for Imperial Dade under its current leadership team.
