Imperial Dade Expands in Alabama

Imperial Dade has acquired Mobile Janitorial & Paper.
The Mobile, Alabama-based distributor of food service and jansan products, owned and operated by Ray Fillingim, is Imperial Dade’s 56th acquisition under the company’s current leadership team of Robert Tillis, chairman, and Jason Tillis, CEO. It also represents Imperial Dade’s second acquisition in Alabama in the past month; last week, the company acquired Dees Paper Co., also located in Mobile.
