Jon-Don Acquires USA-CLEAN

Jon-Don has purchased USA-CLEAN.
The purchase of Decatur, Illinois-based USA-CLEAN increases Jon-Don’s portfolio of repair parts for professional floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, extractors, and vacuums. Per the terms of the acquisition, Bruce Bushert, founder of USA-CLEAN, will remain as president of the company to assist with creating strategic growth opportunities.
