OCS Acquires Accuro

OCS Group Ltd. has purchased United Kingdom-based facility management services provider Accuro Group Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.

According to a press release, the acquisition is OCS’s first since it merged with Atalian Servest’s UK, Ireland and Asia operations following significant investment from private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) earlier in 2023. The purchase expands OCS’s presence in the education and healthcare markets.
