4M Expands Into Wisconsin

4M Building Solutions has purchased Eagle Enterprises Ltd., for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of the Milwaukee-based commercial cleaning provider marks 4M’s 10th major purchase in the past four years and its first in Wisconsin. 4M now maintains operations in 15 states. Per the terms of the agreement, Eagle’s 250 employees will join 4M’s staff.
