Diversey Completes Acquisition of Australian Chemical Manufacturer

Diversey has successfully completed its acquisition of Tasman Chemicals for an undisclosed sum.
The company’s purchase of the Melbourne, Australia-based manufacturer of professional hygiene and cleaning chemicals and solutions was announced in August 2021. The acquisition strengthens Diversey’s operational presence and customer portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
“The acquisition of Tasman Chemicals provides us with a strong manufacturing footprint, allowing for greater operational flexibility and responsiveness to customer requirements in overseas markets,” said Rob Kelly, Diversey agriculture marketing director.
