Essity Finalizes Purchase of Asaleo
July 2, 2021Essity has successfully completed its acquisition of Australian hygiene company Asaleo Care.
The transaction was announced earlier this year and includes Asaleo’s 15 manufacturing and distribution facilities, located throughout Australia and New Zealand.
