The publication’s annual index ranks the diversity initiatives of more than 15,000 companies across 15 European companies. Financial Times partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 100,000 employees on the extent to which they perceive that their employer promotes diversity. This marks the second consecutive year Essity has been recognized by Financial Times.
