Grainger Maintains Consistent Dividend Payout

W.W. Grainger Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.72 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$6.88 annualized with a yield of 1.45%―is payable September 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 8. Grainger has paid an increased dividend to shareholders without interruption for 49 consecutive years.
