Why was the program created?
In recent years, ISSA has witnessed an increase of new talent throughout the cleaning industry. There’s no better time than right now to recognise these young rising stars and encourage them to take our future to new heights!
Which ISSA members can participate?
For our Emerging Leaders Program, we are looking for a cross-section of people from across the cleaning industry supply chain—distributors, manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, wholesalers, building service contractors, in-house service providers, residential cleaners, and associated service members—who are proven leaders in their field.
May I nominate myself?
Absolutely!
Who is eligible for the ISSA Emerging Leaders Program?
Anyone employed by an ISSA member company who will be younger than 40 as of 2026.
