Imperial Dade Purchases Canadian Distributor


Imperial Dade has acquired Wolfpack Packaging Inc. for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.

Owned and operated by the Gord Heyting, Newmarket, Canada-based Wolfpack distributes food service and janitorial supplies throughout the province of Ontario. The purchase further expands Imperial Dade’s presence in Canada and marks the 85th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
