IICRC Becomes The Clean Trust

October 14, 2011 — The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC ) changed its name to The Clean Trust during the organization’s Fall 2011 Meeting & Instructors Symposium.

In addition to its new name, the organization will be releasing a new branding campaign in the coming year. The Clean Trust will continue as an ANSI Standard Development Organization and pursue the development of standards for the industry as a whole, aiming to provide the most up to date education for its registrants.

The Clean Trust, formerly known as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), is an ANSI-accredited standards-setting body for the flooring inspection, floor covering and specialized fabric cleaning and disaster restoration industries.
