Occupational Safety and Health
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) works enforces the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to ensure employers are providing work environment that are safe.

Disinfectants, Sanitizers, EPA Registered Products
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires disinfectants, sanitizers, and related cleaning products to be registered as “antimicrobial pesticides.”

Cleaning Service Providers
Cleaning services are subject to many different types of regulations, two of which are State Registration and Harassment Training and Sales Tax on Cleaning Services.
