2021 CMM BSC/Contract Cleaner Benchmarking Survey Now Available

Building service contractors (BSCs) continue to combat challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the 2021 CMM Building Service Contractor/Contract Cleaning Benchmarking Survey Report.
Nearly half (48%) of respondents said they experienced an increase in business because of the pandemic, up from 41% in 2020. The pandemic was also the biggest factor that affected sales revenue growth. Thirty-four percent reported the pandemic had a positive effect on growth from 2019 to 2020 while 22% said it had a negative effect.
