3M Continues Consistent Dividend Payout

3M has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.49 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable September 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 22. 3M has paid a quarterly dividend to shareholders without interruption for more than 100 years. As of June 30, the company had more than 569 million common shares outstanding and nearly 65,000 shareholders of record.
