3M Continues Steady Dividend Payout

3M has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.50 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable March 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business February 17. 3M has paid a quarterly dividend to shareholders without interruption for more than 100 years. As of December 31, 2022, the company had more than 549 million common shares outstanding and over 62,000 shareholders of record.
