3M Issues Recall for Fall Protection Equipment

3M has issued a voluntary stop use and product recall for its DBI-SALA® Twin-Leg Nano-Lok™ edge and the Twin-Leg Nano-Lok™ Wrap Back Self-Retracting Lifeline.
3M has determined that under certain conditions, these fall protection devices may not function properly, resulting in a threat of serious injury to users. While there have been no reports of any accidents or injuries related to this equipment, 3M has requested these products be removed from service immediately.
