4M Expands Presence in Ohio

4M Building Solutions has acquired Capital Services Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

4M’s acquisition of the Columbus, Ohio-based Capital Services was funded through its partnership with private equity firm O2 Investment Partners LLC. O2 made a significant investment in 4M in December 2022. The deal expands 4M’s service offerings and client portfolio in the growing central Ohio region.
