ABM Bags Deal With London Shopping Center

ABM has been awarded an integrated facility management contract with commercial real estate consultants Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
The three-year deal calls for ABM to deliver a range of services to LSH’s Angel Central Shopping Centre in the London borough of Islington. ABM will provide the 170,00-square-foot outdoor mall with maintenance, security, and cleaning services. ABM had been previously contracted to deliver similar services to other LSH properties in the United Kingdom, Facilities Management Journal reports.
“We’re delighted to extend our relationship with the team at LSH,” said John McPherson, ABM UK managing director. “The contract for Angel Central provides us with an opportunity to deliver both our technical and facilities management services, offering more efficiency for our client in a central London location. “
