ABM CEO Named Top Role Model

Scott Salmirs, ABM president and CEO, has been awarded the No. 1 spot on INvolve’s Empower Advocates 2024 Role Model list.
The global networking and consultancy organization’s annual lists highlight corporate leaders who champion workplace inclusion and provide an equitable workplace for people of color. This marks the second consecutive year Salmirs has been named to INvolve’s list.
“Receiving this recognition is an honor I share with our entire team at ABM,” said Salmirs. “Together, we are building an inclusive culture in which every individual can contribute, grow, and feel valued. The Advocates Role Model list is particularly important to me, as it focuses on the critical need and value of inclusivity.
