ABM Reports 4% Rise in 4th-Quarter Revenue

ABM has reported a fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of US$2.1 billion, a 4.1% year-over-year increase in sales.

The company reported a quarterly net income of $62.8 million, or $0.96 per share, up 29% compared to $48.9 million, or $0.73 per share, last year. ABM credited the revenue gains to a 15.8% rise in revenue in its aviation segment due to robust consumer and business travel during the quarter.

“Our team executed well in the fourth quarter, delivering 4.1% revenue growth and strong margins, resulting in double-digit growth in net income, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) and adjusted earnings per share (EPS). Our broad-based organic revenue growth and improved adjusted EBITDA margin was bolstered by strong operating performances in our aviation and technical solutions segments,” said Scott Salmirs, ABM CEO and president.
