Aramark Secures Contract With Tulane

Aramark has been awarded a food service and catering contract with Tulane University in New Orleans.
The deal calls for Aramark to operate Tulane’s residential and retail dining, full-service catering, and concession services, according to The Tulane Hullabaloo. Aramark will also oversee enhancements to several of the school’s cafeterias and retail food centers. For the previous 40 years, Tulane had contracted Sodexo for its food service management. Per the terms of the new contract, all current Sodexo hourly employees are guaranteed a position with Aramark at their current pay rate or better.
