Brady Acquires Two California Distributors

Brady and Individual FoodService (BradyIFS) have purchased Fishman Supply Co. and Armstrong Paper Group in separate transactions.

The acquisitions of Petaluma-based Fishman Supply and Santa Rosa-based Armstrong Paper expand BradyIFS’ customer base and distribution reach in the Northern California marketplace. Financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
